Silver sculptures 2011-2015

The Art of Shaping Stories

I love sculpting. To me, it’s like solving a puzzle made of light, shadow, form and rhythm. It’s about feeling the material between my fingers, following its weight, and even its scent. It’s about daring to let go—allowing a piece to “fail”—so it can become what it truly wants to be.

The greatest challenge is to hold on to the spark of the original idea while the work takes shape. Does the sculpture still carry the message it was meant to? Or has it shifted into something new, guided by the form itself? In that space, I meet myself—my limits, my perfectionism, my tendency for distraction. And yet, I’ve learned that every creation finds its own rhythm. Sometimes clarity comes under the shower, or swinging in a hammock.

Sculpting asks for time, silence, and no deadlines. That’s why most of my silver sculptures are either personal explorations or bespoke commissions.

Interested in a commission? I’d love to create a sculpture for you. Just one condition: it can’t be rushed. Art takes its time.
